Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00. If you are about to pass 22:00, please be sure to let us know in advance. Check-out time is 10am. Please have a good stay. 
【Cancellation Policy】
50% refund up to 7 days before arrival, otherwise no refund. Full refund if canceled within 48 hours after booking (this applies up to 14 days before arrival)
【About Smoking】
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited on each balcony and parking lot.
【Regarding garbage】
・Up to 4 bags of garbage generated during your stay will be collected free of charge. Anything more than that will be charged separately at 500 yen per bag.
・For guests staying 6 nights or more, garbage will be collected once during your stay. (The collection date will be announced after check-in.) After that, up to 2 bags of garbage will be collected free of charge.
*For stays longer than 2 weeks, please consult us separately.
